Day 1:
Our tour begins as we depart from Dublin at a time that suits you. Prepare to be amazed as we visit the magnificent Rock of Cashel, also known as St. Patrick's Rock. This historic site boasts stunning medieval buildings, including Cormac's Chapel, a round tower, and an impressive collection of Celtic art.
Next, we'll venture to Blarney Castle and Gardens, where you can kiss the famous Blarney Stone and gain the gift of eloquence. Explore the beautiful gardens and discover the rich history of this 15th-century castle, built by the MacCarthy of Muskerry Dynasty. Be sure to take a stroll through the intriguing Poison Garden as well.

Day 2:
As we head towards our next destination, we'll explore the enchanting West Cork coastline. For garden enthusiasts, a visit to Garnish Island awaits. Take a boat ride to this hidden gem and wander through the stunning gardens filled with remarkable shrubs, impressive trees, and an exquisite Italian Garden. Don't miss the chance to explore the original Martello Tower.
Alternatively, buckle up for a thrilling drive through Healy Pass, where each twist and turn reveals more breathtaking scenery along the Beara Peninsula. Hidden beaches, traditional craft producers, and filming locations for Star Wars and "Ryan's Daughter" await.

Day 3:
Prepare to be captivated by the beauty of the Dingle Peninsula. Explore the famous Beehive Huts, ancient structures shaped like beehives that date back to 2000 BC. Along the way, you might even have the opportunity to hold a lamb at one of the pet farms. Drive through charming villages hugging the Atlantic coast, stumble upon hidden beaches, and witness the filming locations for Star Wars and "Ryan's Daughter." Day 4:
Today, we embark on the renowned Ring of Kerry, a route that showcases over 111 miles of awe-inspiring coastal views along the Wild Atlantic Way. As we drive around the Iveragh Peninsula, you'll pass through charming villages such as Killorglin, Sneem, Waterville, and Cahersiveen. Capture the beauty of Skellig Michael, one of the three UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Ireland and a filming location for Star Wars. Take your time to explore Muckross House and Gardens, marvel at the panoramic views from Ladies View, and be enchanted by the stunning Torc Waterfall. A visit to a local craft shop is also on the agenda.
We'll spend another night in Killarney, ensuring you have ample time to absorb the vibrant atmosphere and enjoy the local hospitality.
Day 5:
Leaving County Kerry, we'll take the Tarbert Car Ferry to save valuable time on our journey to County Clare. Along the way, we'll stop at Spanish Point, where the Spanish Armada ran aground in 1588. Learn about the intriguing history behind this name and pay homage to the soldiers and sailors buried here.
The highlight of the day awaits at the majestic Cliffs of Moher. With various options to avoid the crowds and experience the cliffs in unique ways, you'll be treated to awe-inspiring views of the Atlantic coastline. As we drive along the Burren coastal route, we'll continue to hug the Atlantic, discovering hidden gems and immersing ourselves in the stunning scenery.
Overnight in the vibrant city of Galway, known for its excellent local restaurants, lively nightlife, street performers, and traditional music.
Day 6:
Our exploration continues as we venture into the breathtaking Connemara Mountains. Visit Kylemore Abbey and Gardens, a remarkable 19th-century castle that was taken over by Benedictine Nuns during World War I. Drive along the thrilling Sky Road, where you can admire spectacular scenery from the comfort of our vehicle. Enjoy a captivating sheepdog demonstration at Joyce Sheepdog Demonstration, where you might spot the owner, Joe, who had a small role in the film "Marley and Me."
Day 7
Day 7 of your Custom Irish Tour will be filled with fascinating historical and cultural experiences as we make our way back towards Dublin.
Our first stop will be at the renowned Clonmacnoise monastic site, situated on the picturesque banks of the Shannon, Ireland's largest river. Founded by St. Ciaran in the 6th century, this ancient monastery is home to some of the most exquisite examples of High crosses in the country. Immerse yourself in the spirituality and beauty of this historic site as we explore its storied past.
Next, we will visit Birr Castle and Gardens, a captivating estate that holds not only a magnificent castle but also a science museum. The castle has been occupied by the Parson family since the 17th century and boasts a rich history. Many members of the Parson family were renowned inventors, which led to the establishment of an impressive science museum on the premises. Notably, the castle is also home to the largest telescope in the world, built in the 1840s, attracting famous astronomers from around the globe.
Continuing our journey, we will make a stop at Sean's Bar in Athlone, thought to be the oldest pub in Ireland, and possibly the world, with a fascinating history dating back to 900 AD. Located in the beautiful town of Athlone, Sean's Bar offers a unique glimpse into the past and is a must-visit destination.
