Cliffs of Moher Tour

Travel the Wild Atlantic Way and see some of the most impressive scenery in Ireland on this enjoyable day tour.

After collecting you from your accommodation, our first destination is the Bunratty Castle and Folk Park. Tour this impressive castle that dates from the 15th century. It is the most complete and authentically restored & furnished castle in Ireland. The Folk Park is a living reconstruction of Ireland’s homes and environment from over 100 years ago. Additionally, there is a Fairy Park and a Walled Garden to explore.

From there we will journey to the awe inspiring Cliffs of Moher, home to over 20 different seabird species.  It’s also a designated Special Protection Area for Birds under the EU Birds Directive. View the Razorbill, Puffins and if you are lucky, one of the fastest creatures on the planet, the Peregrine Falcon. The geology of the area is a breath taking example of a sedimentary basin, which is normally only visible under the sea. The cliffs stretch for 8 kms and there are 3 primary viewing platforms to enjoy the landscape from. Additionally, a comprehensive Visitor’s Center is on site offering an interactive exhibit, coffee shop, café and a selection of shops.

Next stop is the little fishing village of Doolin, Co Clare for lunch in one of the local Irish Pubs.  Then we drive back via the coast to see more of the amazing Atlantic views.
